A friendly volunteer-run club on Toronto's Humber Bay
Install remaining dock skirting on the East and West Docks.
Please bring gloves, knee pads are also a good idea. Installation of the dock skirts requires the ability to lift, and be able to bend over. The skirts are installed from the dock, and lowered into place by hand.
This team will also be asked to assist the sailing school prepare more boats (cleaning/polishing, etc.), and tidy up the spaces for the containers to be placed at launch (moving some RS Pico boats and their rack, move a wayfarer, and one floating dock needs to be moved). This work is pending what the sailing school employees are not able to tackle this upcoming week.
As always, there are landscaping and yard clean up that can also be completed!
Our club is near the foot of Dowling Avenue, on the water's edge between Argonaut Rowing Club and the Boulevard Club. To park, turn south onto Net Drive from Lake Shore.
