The Club’s Special and Annual General Meeting for 2018 will be held on Monday, November 26, 7:00pm (note new time!), at the TS&CC Club House.

This meeting is to review the 2018 financial statements, re-appoint the incumbent auditors, hold elections of directors, and consider certain special business. 

All members are welcome to attend, although only paid-up Senior Members are eligible to vote or run for board positions.  Any Senior Member who is not able to attend may be represented at the meeting by granting their proxy to another Senior Member.

The specific responsibilities of the board positions can be found in TS&CC’s by-laws which can be accessed here.  All board positions are open for nominations and election, and known vacancies are:

·  Director of Communications
