A general meeting of members will be held on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse.

The business to be transacted at the general meeting will include presentation and approval of the 2023 budget. 

All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Only Senior members who are in good standing are entitled to vote at the general meeting.  Any Senior member who is not able to attend may be represented at the general meeting by granting a proxy to another Senior member who is eligible to vote. 

More detailed information about the meeting, along with proxy forms, will be sent to Members in the weeks leading up to the meeting.
