A friendly volunteer-run club on Toronto's Humber Bay
This is the TSCC debut of the "Bark at the Moon" race.
This will be a night event open to all sail and paddle craft, followed by a BBQ at TSCC.
The first signal will be at 20:40 (sunset @ 20:53). This will be a mid-distance race starting from TSCC (Mark A or Mark 1, TBD) to Gibraltar and/or Dufferin OR T2 and finish back at TSCC.
Vessels are required to register with TSCC, be Transport Canada compliant for night time navigation and carry a VHF radio. The Toronto Harbor Marine unit and Toronto Port Authority will be made aware of the event.
One start, one race. Full Moon @ 23:41! We are aiming for 3 hours duration.
Our club is near the foot of Dowling Avenue, on the water's edge between Argonaut Rowing Club and the Boulevard Club. To park, turn south onto Net Drive from Lake Shore.
